Get
perfect-fitting box joints using
a table saw or router table. Unlike
most box joint jigs that require a lot of tedious adjustments, this jig can be
set up in a matter of minutes.
The secret is a micro-adjustment feature that lets you adjust
the size and spacing of the pins and slots in extremely small increments. You
can easily cut slots that are 1/4" to 13/16" in width. The wood
and hardware needed to complete the project is readily available at home centers.
